I noticed the managesieve plugin stopped working with
mail-client/roundcube-1.2.3 and dev-lang/php-7.0.15.

The error appeard in 
/var/www/<webhost>/htdocs/roundcube/logs/errors
as
[07-Mar-2017 07:40:32 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Class 'Net_Sieve' not found in /var/www/<webhost>/htdocs/roundcube/plugins/managesieve/lib/Roundcube/rcube_sieve.php:65
and was predicted in "PHP7 Compatibility"
on https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/issues/4836

I can be resolved by installing dev-php/PEAR-Net_Sieve.

Would be nice to have this in RDEPEND, thanks!

It's always been in the RDEPEND.
