Where did you find a .bz2 for 1.1.2? Because before the release of 1.1.2 the OOo devs decided to not provide one anymore to save diskspace on the mirrors, so we had to go with the .gz i didnt go looking for one but on the download page then source downloads it says Size: Source .bz2 180 MB | .gz 199 MB || Solver: Windows 126 MB | Linux 130 MB | Solaris (S) 130 MB you would think they would use bz2 instead if they want to save space... you could think that, but the argument was that .gz is better supported and more popular, anyway not our decision. Also I looked again, and even if the page states it, there is no .bz2 version on the servers, so nothing we can do, closing this |
