net-ftp/lftp fails its test-suite with a timeout due to feature "network-sandbox".
The failing tests are ftp-list, http-get, ftp-cls-l, lftp-https-get.

Note that the timeout is quite long (15 minutes I think).

Possible fixes:
* Mark the ebuilds "restrict-test", or
* Disable the offending tests

As a temporary workaround, disable the feature "test" or the feature "network-sandbox" while merging lftp.
