If someone has a rotated screen then xorg crashes every half hour on average.
This bug is already reported and fixed upstream.
Please create a patch based on the 3 commits that fixes this issue.
I'm not sure if older versions are affected.

Thanks for notifying us. I just asked upstream about the plans for an xserver-1.19.2 release. If it's not imminent I'll add the patches.

FWIW, https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99358#c9 indicates that this is not a problem with the 1.18 series.

xorg-server-1.19.2 is now in the tree, with the fixes.
