cups-filters uses DBus in two components:
 1. for color management via colord;
 2. in cups-browsed for connecting to avahi, cups, networkmanager via DBus.

However in cups-browsed DBus is accessed indirectly via glib (BTW, should cups-filters depends on glib[dbus]?).

So, currently dbus use flag enables colord support in cups-filters.

It seems like it doesn't actually depend on colord which might be confusing, but I can see the case for renaming the flag.
