New ebuild for Synplify-7.6.1.  This application doesn't seem to exist anywhere in the portage tree yet.  It's a synthesis tool for generating FPGA's from VHDL/Verilog.  Similar applications (i.e. VHDL simulators) are located in app-sci, so I guessed that's where this would go.  Since it is a new license, I'll also attach a copy of the license they include.
