Trying to build gst-plugins-0.8.3 (on alpha, but shouldn't matter)

checking for gstreamer-0.8 >= 0.8.4... Requested 'gstreamer-0.8 >= 0.8.4' but version of GStreamer is 0.8.3
configure: error: no GStreamer found
