When josm (sci-geosciences/josm-10327) is installed and run, the following error message is displayed:

java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "lsb_release": error=2, No such file or directory

This error message does not appear when sys-apps/lsb-release is installed.
Thusly, I think lsb-release should be a dependency on josm.

dependency is only required till 10379:

Changeset 10379 in josm
ignore warning on Linux systems which do not provide lsb_release
