I have just added the new 20161231 version to my overlay so I think,
we should bump at least to 20161030 in the main tree.

Hey @anton,
I will look forward to it and probably bump it in my overlay [1],
feel free to test it, but I will stand behind this bump (20161030),
while I upgrade the latest version on my overlay.
