I am running gentoo-macos. In trying to get gaim installed  emerge /usr/portage/net-im/gaim/gaim-0.80.ebuild produced a number of failed dependencies. Eventually as I worked the deps tree, I got to emerge /usr/portage/dev-libs/nss/nss-3.9.2.ebuild which errored out during compile with the following errors:
