lzop 1.03 fails to build on PowerPC due to upstream bug.  Attached patch comes from OpenEmbedded via Debian and fixes the build on PowerPC.

The patch looks kinda wrong to me. The first #if will already define the macro, so the second #if will never evaluate to true.

lzop-1.04 builds, passes its test suite, and is now stable on ppc/ppc64.
