I'm planning to move app-docs/php-docs into dev-php/php-docs (for PHP4) and
dev-php5/php-docs (for PHP5).

You shouldn't do that because the PHP documentation group (which I belong) only
distributes one manual for PHP 3, 4, 5 and even for the upcoming PHP 6.
This may change in the future, but not in a near future.

I've added an updated app-doc/php-docs package to the Gentoo PHP Overlay.  This
uses the single PHP manual, as distributed by upstream.
