GNU/Hurd has the same behavior as FreeBSD. rc.c should also close the logger early on Hurd.

Steps to Reproduce:
Set rc_logger=YES in GNU/Hurd.

GNU/Hurd does not support Unix98 PTY.  OpenRC seems to assume that.
