lvm2-2.02.166-r1.ebuild

Hi,

after adding the sanlock package we can now enable LVM2 lvmlockd with sanlock functionality.

I created a revbumped ebuild of the latest ebuild in tree plus new/missing files to add the lvmlockd service.

With your confirmation I can also directly commit to tree, but your review would be highly appreciated.

TIA

Ok, changes commited. I had to drop some keywords as sys-cluster/sanlock is not keyworded currently for other archs than amd64 and x86

I hope this was the right course of action. Next step would be to add more keywords to sanlock so we can readd keywords in lvm2 as well.
