Setting the option to warn before accepting a cookie does not work. Mozilla 1.7 has been verified to work.  Epiphany works.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Check option to warn before accepting a cookie 
2.  Go to site with cookie
3.  Look with cookie manager and see cookie was set.



Expected Results:  
Expect a warning asking if I want to let said cookie be set.

IMHO this is an upstream-bug. Did you report it to the galeon-devs?

I can reproduce this, but this is not a gentoo-issue. Please report it upstream.
