When built with USE=rosprite 'netsurf' needs 'librosprite' at run-time.



Symptoms:

netsurf: error while loading shared libraries: librosprite.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

> ldd /usr/bin/netsurf | grep found
        librosprite.so.0 => not found
