It appears the upstream file for docbook-sgml-dtd-4.2 may have changed as the digest no longer matches the file.  This ebuild doesn't go through the mirrors so it doesn't appear to be an issue in that regard.

I didn't assign or CC to anyone in particular, just pulling names out of the text-markup herd in herds.xml.  If there's a better way to file in the future, lemme know.

I downloaded this from the mirrors, then downloaded from the master site, and the digest seemed to match both times.  Jason, is this still a problem for you?
