OpenGl-0.70 should work, but previous versions of the library may not work.
Might be good to Depend this on a newer (not yet in the tree) version of dev-perl/OpenGL

with:
dev-perl/OpenGL-0.670.400::gentoo

$ slic3r.pl

I've added OpenGL-0.70 to the tree (as dev-perl/OpenGL-0.700.0). 

Please test if that works and tell us here!
