I don't know for sure but I'll guess that Xxf86dga.h is ancient history now. This port is the ye olde original one and there are much better ones now. I filed bugs for better ones some years ago but I think even those are dead now. I need to take a fresh look. On closer inspection, it looks like it just doesn't build with USE=-X. My point still stands though. should X support be forced then? (In reply to Pacho Ramos from comment #7) > should X support be forced then? It actually enables software renderer and shouldn't be called "X" in the first place. :) Since writing the above, games-fps/yamagi-quake2 has been added to the tree but I don't think it handles multiplayer or at least doesn't focus on it. https://github.com/jdolan/quake2 is probably the best multiplayer version and I opened bug #435362 for it but that was years ago. |
