test log for 16.08.3
The same tests fail similarly in version 16.08.3; the test log from that run is attached.
This only happens on one of my two machines, by the way; the package passed its tests fine on the other machine, but my cursory investigation of the differences (primarily diff -u on the emerge --info) doesn't turn up anything that should be relevant.
On further investigation, when testing basic usage of Xvfb, I found that it would error out with "LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options" after saying that some option had been declared twice. Googling that found a link (https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-8006010.html?sid=cd8306b6eb7beef755848b2d6f3000ea#8006010) to a patch for media-libs/mesa on the mesa-dev mailing list (https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2016-December/137277.html). After I applied that patch and rebuilt mesa and xorg-server, libkgeomap passes its tests. |
