Building hexchat w/o autoconf-archive throws configure.ac:19: error: macro AX_APPEND_COMPILE_FLAGS is not defined. Is autoconf-archive installed? because autoconf-archive provides the maco /usr/share/aclocal/ax_append_compile_flags.m4
