The rsync mirror rsync.bg.gentoo.org which is part of the rsync.europe.gentoo.org rotation shows a very low data rate:

"wrote 12225 bytes  read 2555660 bytes  1880.55 bytes/sec"

With other mirrors, I get routinely 20000 to 30000 bytes/sec

I checked this morning and seemed full speed, might have been a temporary hiccup.
