![]() Started to work on 2.3 with https://github.com/gentoo-science/sci/pull/638 as a basis, so for the science overlay and the copy I keep in sage-on-gentoo since nobody seems to want to fix the copy in the science overlay. A few more folders so the patch for cblas-external is growing a bit and there is a few hunks needing fixing. I have a tolerance problem with one of the test that I am looking at right now - I am guessing those don't exist when using gslcblas. The 2.1 ebuild had a lot of unfixed tolerance problem in 32bit (which apparently upstream is not testing anymore), I'll see what the status is once 64bit is done. commit d5ed0ab57fe91b92c0a38068e44829cc10a54ba7 Author: Justin Lecher <jlec@gentoo.org> Date: Sat Dec 10 11:15:36 2016 +0100 sci-libs/gsl: Version Bump Gentoo-Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=602200 Package-Manager: portage-2.3.3 Signed-off-by: Justin Lecher <jlec@gentoo.org> https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=d5ed0ab57fe91b92c0a38068e44829cc10a54ba7 Wow, that was quick! |
