Bug in heartbeat 1.2.2 configure scripts results in missing linkage against snmp library for apcmastersnmp stonith plugin.

Result: Error when trying to use apcmastersnmp stonith plugin

Problem fixed in heartbeat CVS, see attached patch+ebuild.

1.2.3 is in portage, it'll be moved to x86 soon enough, may need to remind me to bump it to x86 in 2 weeks
