I updated elogviewer with contributions from "Fonic" <https://github.com/fonic>.

- The location of the configuration file was changed to
  ~/.config/elogviewer
- Bugfix: Do not mark first selected item as read on application start


This is a request to bump the version in the tree (now 2.6) to 2.7.

ebuild for elogviewer-2.7

ebuild updated to 2.7 and:
- fetch from GitHub instead of Sourceforge
- added 3_5 to PYTHON_COMPAT (which probably duplicates Bug 601288 that
  I have just seen now)

The configuration file is now saved in ~/.config/elogviewer/ (was
~/.config/Mathias\ Laurin/).  I guess the minimum would be to inform the
user but I am not sure where and how.
