This is an update to the existing numeric-23.1.ebuild. Numeric-23.1 seems quite old, so i decided to wrote this one. 

Numeric comes with all needed libraries bundled within it. So there is no need to make depend any other lib. But by default setup.py wants to use extarnal ones. So for this reason there is also a patch for setup.py. This patches makes Numeric to use internal libraries.

Thanks, I bumped the version in portage. I changed your ebuild to use epatch instead of patch.

Please attach the diff of the ebuild instead of the entire ebuild - this makes it much easier for devs to see what's changed.

There's also no need to attach digests and manifests.
