Both patches can be dropped IMHO

tpm-tools-1.3.8-gold.patch: It part of 1.3.9 release

tpm-tools-1.3.8-build.patch: It does not apply, because it's now a different line. But I can just compile fine without it.

The sed-line in the eBuild also doesn't work anymore, as there is no configure.in anymore, but now configure.ac.
