0.9.4-9 working fine here on x86, please make it stable then... One small comment: because many users have "gtk" in their USE flags they will get the GTK version of Sancho, but I bet many of them don 0.9.4-9 working fine here on x86, please make it stable then... One small comment: because many users have "gtk" in their USE flags they will get the GTK version of Sancho, but I bet many of them don“t know that the FOX version is much faster. I came across this because in 0.9.4-8 the use flag was changed from "gtk2" to "gtk" and /etc/portage/package.use did not work anymore... Please put a comment in the ebuild which is displayed during emerge which gives a hint about this fact and some instructions for users to get the FOX version. Yes, we rely on gtk instead of the gtk2 USE flag. This is because gtk2 is only there for packages that can use different versions of gtk. This bug is now fixed in portage- the stable x86 branch now has files on the gentoo official mirrors. |
