dev-python/graph-tool-2.2.44 fails to build with dev-libs/boost-1.62.0-r1. However, this is due to the fact that version in portage is very old (July 2015), it used to contain 2.16, but it has been (mistakenly, I guess) removed recently during a cleanup:

The most recent version of dev-python/graph-tools builds fine with the 2.16 ebuild:

It also links fine against dev-libs/boost-1.62.0-r1.
