As G'MIC now includes CMake support for the GIMP plugin via the USE=gimp flag, I think media-plugins/gimp-gmic should be removed.

https://packages.gentoo.org/ does not list media-plugins/gimp-gmic so it seems like this issue can be closed.

It's been removed from the tree for some time now.
