What is your LLVM version (if you have any installed)?

I have the same problem with =sys-libs/libcxx-3.9.1

=sys-devel/llvm-3.9.1-r1 is installed, as is =dev-python/lit-3.9.0 (not that that should matter).

This is an ~x86 chroot that runs on AMD64 hardware.
