Bug 59907 – ebuild for eclipse visual editor M2

i have set up an ebuild called eclipse-ve-bin-1.0_rc2.ebuild. The contents are:

it merges and works for ppc, so i think it should be marked ~ppc. Its dependencies also merge and work fine, so they should be marked ~ppc as well.

It installs an x86-specific .so file, so I've marked it as -* ~x86. Unless
somebody has the time to supply a from-source ebuild for this package, I guess
it will never be available on ppc, I'm afraid.
