Simply copying the existing 2.1.2 ebuild to 2.1.3 seems to work fine.

Um, wops, no it doesn't.  Source unpacking fails:

the unpack_makeself() function in eutils.eclass needed to be updated to support files compressed with the compress algo

2.1.3 is now in portage, thanks
