I had the same problem. But I found that media-libs/jasper-1.900.6 was compiled after sci-libs/gdal-2.0.2 and this jasper version doesn't have function jp2_encode_uuid with which gdal was compiled previously. So solution is to recompile sci-libs/gdal. (In reply to Pavel Semerad from comment #1) > I had the same problem.
