Hi,

After upgrading to 2.02.166, I got this errors from dmesg:

Downgrading to 2.02.145-r2 resolves the issue.

I don't use lvm anymore, so I'll close this issue, as it seems not to be a common issue. Also, I forgot to attach the emerge --info.
