@Toralf Förster There is this bug report against GCC6: https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=70129 Can you verify that you have stdlib.h in /usr/include? # find / -name stdlib.h /usr/lib64/bcc/include/bsd/stdlib.h /usr/lib64/bcc/include/stdlib.h /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/5.4.0/include/g++-v5/tr1/stdlib.h /usr/src/linux-4.8.4-gentoo/arch/powerpc/boot/stdlib.h /usr/include/bsd/stdlib.h /usr/include/libspl/stdlib.h /usr/include/stdlib.h /usr/include/schily/stdlib.h /usr/include/bits/stdlib.h Also, OpenVDB has one of the most picky build systems ever, so any extra commands that aren't in the ebuild may make it explode. Nevermind. Created a PR here: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/2677 Once in the tree this should be fixed. :) commit f0504839a891e2a6fa94dd3da3e520c8b9dc8cb3 Author: Jonathan Scruggs <j.scruggs@gmail.com> Date: Thu Oct 27 13:16:22 2016 +0100 media-gfx/openvdb: replace -isystem with -I for GCC 6 compatibility Gentoo-bug: 597866 * Respect CXX * Respect ABI libdirs * Remove '-O3' from compile lines Signed-off by: Jonathan Scruggs (j.scruggs@gmail.com) Closes: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/2677 Signed-off-by: David Seifert <soap@gentoo.org> |
