capi4k-utils is buggy and dead for ages (I think since 2005), other distributions already killed it many years ago. Hence, maybe we should disable its optional support in crossover-bin

From wine side... the dep can be changed to libcapi too

It has been switched to libcapi. Sorry for the long delay. I have a big backlog. :/
