oops - the files are named as follows: dev-ml/lablgl/lablgl-0.98.ebuild dev-ml/lablgl/files/LablGL-0.98-Makefile.config dev-ml/lablgl/files/LablGL-0.98-Makefile-destdir.patch sorry about that. Hi Daniel. I have committed yesterday the bugfix update of ocaml and removed older version (3.05) because it was already pulled off by authors (strangely only that one, probably because it contained a few serious problems). Now, according to Bardur Arantsson <bardur-gta@odense.kollegienet.dk> (#6979) labgl has to be updated to 0.98, since the version we have at present won't build with 3.06 (well, it built for me, but since for some people it does not work, I think we still need to upgrade it before feature freeze is over). If you don't mind I will reassign this bug to myself and take care of it sometime today. Jeffrey: Thanks for a submission! George Ok, tested and committed. Bardur, Jeffrey: please test, I would rather unmask it soon if it fails to build on anybody (Bardur: btw, 0.97 built fine on me with ocaml-3.06). George Builds perfectly for me. Btw, regarding version 0.97: That *might* have been issues with some old OpenGL libraries which were lingering on my system. That said, I can see no reason not to upgrade to 0.98. Thanks for testing Bardur! Re that comment: well, that was not about whether to upgrade at all, but rather on why we should do it now (during a feature freeze) as this is a bug-fix as opposed to feature release. Anyway this is done already :). Unmasking the ebuild, closing both this and #6979.. George |
