I don't mind to have kde-plasma/oxygen-fonts installed, but it itself requires media-gfx/fontforge, which is 18.23 MiB big and useless.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
kde-plasma/oxygen-fonts as an optional dependency for kde-plasma/plasma-integration.

or

media-gfx/fontforge as an optional dependency for kde-plasma/oxygen-fonts.

According to upstream: plasma-integration uses Noto Sans (https://www.google.com/get/noto/) and Oxygen Mono (http://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.4.0/oxygen-fonts-5.4.0.tar.xz) fonts, ensure these are installed for use at runtime.
