Description Mark Dominik Bürkle 2016-09-28 16:31:10 UTC
* It seems like perl-cleaner had to rebuild some packages.
 *
 * If you have just updated your major Perl version (e.g. from 5.20.2 to 5.22.0),
 * and have run perl-cleaner _after_ that update, then this means most likely
 * that these packages are buggy. Please file a bug on http://bugs.gentoo.org/ and
 * report that perl-cleaner needed to reinstall the following list:
 *    net-nds/openldap:0 dev-db/postgresql:9.5 net-analyzer/icinga:0 perl-core/Module-Metadata:0 virtual/perl-Module-Metadata:0 perl-core/JSON-PP:0 virtual/perl-JSON-PP:0 perl-core/CPAN-Meta:0 virtual/perl-CPAN-Meta:0
 *

Kind regards,
mdb

net-analyzer/icinga is indeed lacking a subslot on perl
net-nds/openldap also
dev-db/postgresql also

Thanks. Marking this resolved (as there is no apparent work to be left fixed for perl, or perl-cleaner, and a reproduction/test for fixing can't really be performed) and the related bugs exposed herein can be followed up independently.

We should probably have a better way for reporting these as they are usually "polybugs" which are typically a bad fit for bug trackers entirely.
