We need this stable (and 9999 ebuild fixed) to stop relying on pango-sharp

The 1.6-r2 ebuild is stable enough. I used it for months and no bug reports have been filed since it was released.

I am currently working on fixing the 9999. It should be a matter of days (I had a couple of very busy weeks).
