dev-libs/dbxml-2.5.16-r2 depends on =dev-libs/xqilla-2.2*, which has been removed, as it is ancient, and broken with GCC 6 in C++11 mode.

Whoever wishes to revive dev-libs/dbxml needs to port it to build with dev-libs/xqilla-2.3.*.
