Description Boris Bigott 2016-09-16 21:40:11 UTC
When installing jekyll via gem, the file exe/jekyll to generate sites is installed:

$ tree .gem/ruby/2.2.0/gems/jekyll-3.2.1
├── exe
│   └── jekyll
├── lib
│   ├── jekyll
...

This file is not installed by the gentoo ebuild. This way the package is not really usable except maybe from another ruby script. There should probably also be a script in /usr/bin as for example with dev-ruby/bundler.

It was already mentioned in a different bug, still thanks for the report!
