According to http://www.nicotine-plus.org/ , Nicotine+ moved to Github in in 2013. Then, quite recently, the project was rejuvenated with a new maintainer.

The new source lives here:
https://github.com/eLvErDe/nicotine-plus

Please update metadata.xml, and for testing this new development, it'd be nice to have a -9999 ebuild. Meanwhile I'll poke upstream about making a proper release.
