As we might known, Gentoo has not supported ppc64le platform before. 
Recently I've built Installation ISO and stage3 for ppc64le platform.
So I request Gentoo to host the Installation ISO and stage3 for experimental.

I just want to add a note that RelEng is aware of this bug and is discussing how to proceed. We should have a solution soon.

Could you invite me to join discussing how to proceed make installation iso and stage3 for ppc64le ? More important, I have the ppc64le overlay and seed stage3.

I built our first ppc64le dev system (bogsucker) earlier this year, which will be used for the task, but I'm not responsible for releases. slyfox said he may take a look sometime so I'll CC him.
