Dear Maintainer (or who is mainly involved in this stable request), This is an auto-generated message that will move the current component to the new component Stabilization. To ensure that the stabilization will proceed correctly, please fill the fields "Atoms to stabilize" and "Runtime testing required" as described here: https://archives.gentoo.org/gentoo-dev/message/4b2ef0e9aa7588224b8ae799c5fe31fa # Thomas Deutschmann <whissi@gentoo.org> (17 Feb 2017) # Unpatched security vulnerability per bug #576868 # Removal in 30 days. www-apps/roundup Stabilize 1.5.1 to remove mask from #576868 ppc stable. Excuse me but since when do we stabilize packages that have just been added and not even really reached ~arch but were p.masked all the time? As far as I can see, we should drop this package to ~arch. Untested, barely maintained stuff does not belong in stable. The package is in ~arch since 1 month. This release will fix the reason why it was p.masked for bug #576868. Assigning bug to security to allow ATs proper prioritizing... amd64 stable x86 stable @sparc ping Actually, sparc is not security supported. @maintainer, if you want to have the package stable on sparc please open a new bug calling for it (not assigned to security). I have "tested" this on sparc, i.e. it builds. There are no tests, , so I doubt there is much that anyone has tested anyway. OTOH is seems to be pure python, so there is possibly little chance for breakage. Feel free to mark stable if you deem this is enough justification. sparc stable |
