I would like to be added as a maintainer for dev-python/tqdm.

This is a Python module for video editing: It can do non/linear editing, apply a number of effects, and can be used for playback inside ipython notebooks

I have submitted a PR on github: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/2206
