Not without stabilizing the newest python3.4, python-exec and eselect-python. That will also trigger the abiflags rebuild for everybody.

I was going to do it when we move python3.5 to stable, but that has stalled since nobody is testing packages.

I had forgotten that we fixed older eselect-python to work with the newer version.

Please proceed with stabilization here.
