The latest version of kleopatra can currently be found in KDE overlay. As a part of KDE PIM it has so far not been added to tree which will happen with 16.08.x at some point, though masked. Its dependencies have been sufficiently cut down though so that it could be done independently of (most) the rest of PIM. Do you use its functions outside of PIM? I use(ed) it almost always outside of PIM since kmail had to much issues dealing with attachments for S/MIME encrypted e-mails and upstream had no interest to fix it a few years ago. Thats my reason why i switched from KDK-PIM to Thunderbird. Kleopatra is the way for me to manage my PGP and X509 files and certs and to en- and decrypt files via GUI. Quite good Dolphin integration. CLI for en/decryption is fine for me, but cert/keymanagement w/o GUI is a nightmare This is in the main tree now. |
