Attached is a QHACC v3.2 ebuild.  All versions since 2.8 have had stability problems to some extent (segfaults).  This version is much better from my testing.  I have also added support in the ebuild for postgres and sqlite, but have not tested that aspect.

The ebuild is not o.k., since the Gentoo policy disallows to install anything in /usr/local. According to the FHS this part of the tree belongs to local installations by the admin. And installing in /usr leads to segfaults... Sent my objections upstream.
